Uploading team-specific documents to TeamTracky saves you the hassle of emailing files to your coach and in return he can organize member files in one place.

You can upload documents such as:

• Birth certificates
• Medical release forms
• Waiver forms
• Photos
• Other

These files can be used by your team manager or coach to register for a league or tournament.

To upload a file, visit your member profile using your web browser and click the [Documents] tab at the left of the screen.
Click the [Add New File] button and upload the file from your PC. Select a file type and click the [Save] button.
Note: Never upload documents with sensitive information such as social security numbers, credit card or bank account numbers, etc.
