Note: This function is only available to members with manager access.
To change existing event information, you must open the Event Info page for the specific event.
You can do this in any of the following ways:
- At the team home page, click the event’s name in the UPCOMING SCHEDULE section.
- At the calendar, click the event’s time field.
- At the schedule list, click any event’s name or the little pencil icon at the right of it at the grid.
Follow the same rules you did when creating the event.
Notes:
- You can’t change the event type. If you entered the wrong event type for an event, delete it and create a new one.
- On repeating events, you’ll have the option to change the whole event series or a single event.
Cancel an Event or Event Series
To cancel an event or event series, click the [Cancel Event] or [Cancel Series] button.
This action will keep the event in the team’s schedule but mark it as cancelled, so members are aware of the cancellation.
You can select to notify the team members.
Delete an Event
To delete an event or event series, click the [Delete Event] or [Delete Series] button.
This action will permanently erase the event(s) from the team’s schedule.
You can select to notify the team members.
