Import Schedule from a CSV File

Note: This function is only available to members with manager access.

This feature will allow you to import your team’s schedule from a CSV file (comma delimited).
Import can add games (league, tournament, friendlies) or non-game events such as training, meetings and others.

Import File Format

You can import a comma delimited CSV file, which is a text file that can be exported from any Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet.

Import file must include all these columns at this order:

Enter the event name such as: League or Tournament name, “Practice”, “Parents Meeting” or any other event name such as “Team Party”, etc.

Use a name that is easy for your members to find and is searchable in the web.
If you don’t know the location, leave this field blank and TeamTracky will create a location called “Unknown”.
Just remember to update it later on.
  • Location Address (optional)
In this field enter the full location’s address. This field is very important because this is the address that users will use at their phone’s GPS to find it.

  • Notes (optional)
In this field you can enter any information you want to share with your members, such as field number, directions etc.
