Users without smartphones who can’t use the TeamTracky mobile app can still receive team messages using their mobile service provider’s SMS email address (e.g. 123456789@provider.com). Most major providers in the US support this feature.

Enable SMS Text Messages
To receive SMS text messages, simply edit your profile by adding the phone number and marking the “Receive SMS Text Messages on this phone” checkbox. Then select your provider from the list (if you don’t see your provider, send us an email).

After that, every time your coach or team manager sends a mobile notification message to the team, you’ll receive it as a text message instead.
